Step #1

The first thing you need to do when placing and order is to choose a package that best suits your needs. Pay attention to what is included in the packages. We offer packages that include stationary, envelope and business card design. The order form is divided into two sections: 1) A personal contact information form that includes your name and address and 2) A design information questionnaire for you to answer questions such as colors, ideas, competitors, preferences, examples of logos you like and so on. Please be as detailed as possible filling out the design information questionnaire. Be sure to provide us with any additional information you may have such as your competitor's logos, logo samples that you like, key messages you would like your logo to convey, and any design styles that you prefer.

Step #2

You are then presented with four ways of completing the payment.

1) You can proceed with a secure real time credit card payment online
2) You can call us and we will take your credit card information over the phone
3) We can send you a PayPal invoice
4) You can send us a check or a money order

The design process will begin as soon as we receive payment, or when your check clears with the bank.

Step #3

As soon as we receive your payment we will create a personal web page for you and inform you of the date when your samples will be ready for review. The delivery date will depend on the package you chose. It will vary from 1-2 business days after receipt of payment.

On the delivery day you can go to your personalized home page and review your initial samples. You are free to choose any design you like. You can also mix and combine design elements from any of the samples according to your taste. You will be able to submit your feedback directly using the online form located on your home page along with any requests for modifications. You have unlimited changes and modifications with any package you choose. We will continue to modify your logo until it is absolutely perfect and you are 100% satisfied. Every change request will be completed within one business day.

As soon as you are happy with the design and approve it we will proceed to stationery design, or send your completed logo kit by email. Your kit will include multiple file formats: *.gif, *.jpeg for the web, *.ai , *.cdr, and *.eps for best quality and printing, and a 300 dpi *.tiff file. We will also provide you with a pantone (spot color) version of the vector file. Your stationery files will be provided to you in a vector format *.ai.
